ITIL V3 Training courses
Welcome to our third site dedicated for the newest version of ITIL V3! The new version of the IT Infrastructure Library has many new subjects closely related to business operations and is much more foucused on doing business than dealing with IT. Below is a small chart that quickly presents the new qualification scheme. It will be disussed in more details shortly.

ITIL Service Lifecycle Modules are:
- Service Strategy (SS)
- Service Design (SD)
- Service Transition (ST)
- Service Operation (SO)
- Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
ITIL Service Capability Modules are:
- Planning, Protection and Optimization (PP & A)
- Service Offerings and Agreements (SO & A)
- Release, Control and Validation (RC & V)
- Operational Support and Analysis (OS & A)
As the subject is very wide we will focus only on the lifecycle modules. As well as describing modules we will help you to prepare to ITIL Exam and Certification by presenting several questions and asnwers describing the right choices.
ITIL V3 Foundation (3-Days)
3-day classroom course where delegates will gain knowledge of ITIL v3 terminology, structure, basic concepts and the core principles of ITIL v3 practices for Service Management ready for the exam on the last day.
ITIL V3 Service Strategy ( 3-Days)
The course builds on the general principles covered as part of the ITIL® Foundation course. It covers the lifecycle aspects of Service Transition and covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Transition stage of the lifecycle but not the detail of each of the supporting processes (which are covered in detail in the capability courses). Additionally the course looks at the concept of Service Transition as a practice and at the interfaces between Service Transition and the other stages of the ITIL® Service Lifecycle.
ITIL V3 Service Design (3-Days)
The course builds on the general principles covered as part of the ITIL® Foundation course. It covers the lifecycle aspects of Service Design and covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Design stage of the lifecycle but not the detail of each of the supporting processes (which are covered in detail in the capability courses). Additionally the course looks at the concept of Service Design as a practice and at the interfaces between Service Design and the other stages of the ITIL Service Lifecycle.
ITIL V3 Service Transation (3-Days)
The course builds on the general principles covered as part of the ITIL® Foundation course. It covers the lifecycle aspects of Service Transition and covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Transition stage of the lifecycle but not the detail of each of the supporting processes (which are covered in detail in the capability courses). Additionally the course looks at the concept of Service Transition as a practice and at the interfaces between Service Transition and the other stages of the ITIL® Service Lifecycle. The course is assignment based, with a strong emphasis on practical coursework, working as individuals and in teams.
ITIL V3 Service Operation (3-Days)
ITIL V3 Continual service improvment (3-Days)
